Eligibility

To be considered, users must:

  • Have an active OFU account
  • Be in good standing
  • Comply with all Terms of Use
  • Meet any additional criteria determined by OFU

  • No purchase is necessary to be considered 
  • Being a user does not increase odds in a guaranteed way
Payment Terms

Relief may be provided:

  • Directly to a creditor
  • Or to the user (at OFU’s discretion)
Taxes
  • Any relief provided may be considered taxable income
  • Users are responsible for any tax obligations

OFU reserves the right to:

  • Modify
  • Pause
  • Or discontinue
